A few things to note before your appointment

  • Appointments Required

    This allows us to create a better experience for our guests and our artists. To make an appointment, hit the big button or use your preferred artist’s booking method. Head over to our salon team or suites team page to learn more.

  • Payment Methods

    We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, or cash as forms of payment. Some artists also accept Venmo and personal checks.

  • Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a 75% fee. Missed appointments with no cancellation will be subject to 100% of the appointment cost. This policy is to discourage the few who late-cancel or no-show regularly and to honor the time of our artists.

  • Health & Safety

    Taking excellent care of our guests means meeting high standards when it comes to cleanliness. All spa materials and equipment are sanitized between each appointment for your health and safety.

  • Kids

    Guests under 12 years of age must be with an adult. For children without an appointment, we ask that they remain seated in our welcome area with an adult for space and safety reasons.

  • Vibe Check

    The world can be a negative and scary place. We want Excitation to be a retreat from all of that noise, and for each of our guests to enjoy a relaxing and uplifting experience. Please leave politics, polarizing current events, and gossip at the door (unless it’s about your favorite Bravo show) and contribute instead to the good vibrations you’ll find here.
